Terms and Conditions

These Terms form an electronic record generated by a computer system. Where legally applicable, they do not require a physical or digital signature. By registering, browsing, using, or continuing to use Naidu Kalyanam, users agree to these Terms and related policies.

Naidu Kalyanam is a matrimonial technology platform for lawful matrimonial discovery. It provides tools for registration, profile creation, search, viewing, shortlisting, communication, contact access, Jathagam/horoscope access, support, and reporting. It is not a dating site, marriage broker, agent, mediator, background verification agency, investigation agency, or marriage guarantee service. Users and families make their own decisions.

• Naidu Kalyanam / Platform / Website means the matrimonial website, services, tools, and related support systems operated under the name Naidu Kalyanam.
• User / Member means any person who registers, browses, creates, manages, views, communicates, reports, or otherwise uses the platform.
• Registrant means a parent, relative, friend, admin, or authorized person creating or managing a profile on behalf of the bride/groom.
• Services include registration, profile search, profile viewing, shortlist/favorites, communication/contact features, Jathagam/horoscope access, notifications, support, and reporting tools.

Users must be legally eligible for marriage and must use the platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Profiles may be created for self or by a parent, relative, friend, or admin only with consent from the concerned person. NRI, PIO, overseas Indian-origin, or India-connected users must also comply with applicable laws in their place of residence. Divorced, widowed, separated, or awaiting-divorce users must disclose correct marital status.

• Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
• Fake profiles, duplicate profiles, impersonation, wrong marital status, false education/job/income details, misleading family details, misleading photos, and incorrect contact details are not allowed.
• Users must not enter phone numbers, email IDs, social media IDs, links, advertisements, or unrelated information in fields where they do not belong.
• Users must update profile information when circumstances change.

New public registrations must verify the submitted email address using a short-lived six-digit code before continuing to onboarding when email verification is enabled. Verification codes are single-use, purpose-bound, rate-limited, and must not be shared. Password-recovery codes cannot be used for registration and registration codes cannot reset a password. Mobile-number OTP is not currently enabled.

Each profile may contain up to three photos, with one selected as primary for listings, recommendations, summaries, and the printable Profile Card. Additional photos may appear on the full profile. Users grant Naidu Kalyanam permission to host, validate, resize, crop, re-encode, order, and display submitted photos for operating the matrimonial service. Users confirm they own each photo or have lawful authority to upload it and must not upload another person’s image without permission.

• Impersonation, misleading identity images, materially altered faces, AI-generated identity images, deepfakes, or synthetic impersonation.
• Obscene, sexual, abusive, hateful, unlawful, threatening, or exploitative content.
• Advertisements, embedded phone/email/social contact details, or watermarks belonging to another service.
• A minor presented as the matrimonial profile subject.
• Group photos that make identity unclear, screenshots, documents, memes, or unrelated images.

Authorized administrators may review, crop, rotate, reorder, designate as primary, replace, or remove photos for user-requested assistance, moderation, authenticity, safety, legal compliance, technical correction, or rule enforcement. Administrative actions are internally audited and must not digitally alter a member’s identity or create a misleading representation. Members may replace or remove their own photos or request correction through Support.

Users are responsible for passwords, OTPs, devices, login sessions, and all activity under their account. Naidu Kalyanam will never ask for a user password. Users must promptly report unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or suspected misuse.

Naidu Kalyanam provides tools to create, search, view, shortlist, communicate with, and contact matrimonial profiles. Profile data is displayed on an “as provided by user” basis. Naidu Kalyanam does not independently verify every profile detail. Admin-assisted profile creation may be offered, but the details provided remain the responsibility of the concerned user/registrant. The platform uses reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee complete protection from every internet or security risk.

Members must independently verify profile details before proceeding, including marital status, education, job, income, family details, health/disability details where relevant, background, and compatibility. Members should involve family/guardians where appropriate and should delete or request deletion of their profile after marriage or final alliance.

Users must not send money, bank details, OTPs, passwords, confidential documents, gifts, loans, emergency funds, travel funds, investments, or private financial help to other members. Naidu Kalyanam is not responsible for private financial transactions, offline meetings, family decisions, or disputes between members. Be cautious of users who ask for money, avoid video or family meetings, use multiple phone numbers, share suspicious links, or refuse family involvement.

No abusive messages, harassment, sexual harassment, threats, obscene content, fraud, suspicious links, spam, discrimination, unsafe requests, or money requests are allowed. Reported messages and related account details may be stored and reviewed by authorized admins for safety, moderation, support, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

• Abuse, harassment, threats, obscene content, sexual harassment, fraud, impersonation, fake identity, money requests, scams, and illegal conduct.
• Discrimination, caste/religion/race/gender insults, hate speech, or humiliating language.
• Bots, scraping, probing, hacking, vulnerability testing, malware, viruses, spam, suspicious links, or unauthorized commercial use.
• Collecting, selling, publishing, or sharing member data outside the platform without consent.
• Uploading illegal content, child sexual exploitation/abuse material, or any unsafe material. Such conduct may lead to immediate suspension and reporting to competent authorities.

Naidu Kalyanam may hide, reject, suspend, delete, restrict, or review profiles/content with or without prior notice if false information, duplicate profiles, fake photos, unsafe conduct, illegal content, misuse, or policy violations are found. False or malicious complaints may also lead to action.

Users consent to receive service communications by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or platform notifications for account, support, safety, verification, profile, and service-related purposes. Promotional communication, if introduced, should remain optional where required by law.

Privacy practices are explained in the Privacy Policy. Registered members understand that non-protected matrimonial details may be visible to other logged-in members for genuine matrimonial purposes. Phone number, messaging, structured address, and Jathagam access remain protected until the viewer purchases the ₹100 Complete Profile Access unlock for the selected profile. Public shared profile links do not expose protected details.

Guest visitors may see limited previews and must register or login to view full matrimonial details. A logged-in member must additionally purchase the verified ₹100 Complete Profile Access unlock for the selected profile before accessing its phone number, messaging, structured address, or Jathagam preview/download, except when viewing their own profile or acting as an authorized admin.

Users are responsible for profile details, photos, messages, documents, Jathagam/horoscope files, and other content they upload. Users confirm they have the consent and right to upload that content. Naidu Kalyanam may display, store, process, and use uploaded content only for operating the matrimonial platform, moderation, support, safety, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Hosting providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp tools, payment gateways, Jathagam/horoscope tools, analytics, maps, or external links may have their own terms and privacy policies. Naidu Kalyanam is not responsible for third-party service failures, external websites, bank/payment provider issues, or content outside the platform.

Members are solely responsible for their communication and interactions with others by platform chat, phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, family discussions, or offline meetings. Naidu Kalyanam is not a party to member-to-member disputes and is not liable for outcomes from private interactions.

A one-time ₹100 Complete Profile Access payment unlocks the selected profile’s phone number, messaging, protected address, and Jathagam preview/download. The unlock applies only to the selected profile and is granted after successful payment verification.

The Classic Featured Profile plan costs ₹199 for 30 days and promotes the purchaser’s own profile with a Featured badge, higher visibility, priority in search results, and priority in suggested matches. It automatically expires after 30 days unless renewed. It is separate from the ₹100 Complete Profile Access unlock and does not guarantee marriage, responses, matches, views, or contact.

Complete Profile Access is a digital per-profile service processed through Razorpay or another configured gateway. Once access has been successfully granted, the payment is normally non-refundable, except where a duplicate charge, verified technical failure, or applicable law requires a refund. Featured Profile payments are generally non-refundable once promotion begins, except for duplicate payment or confirmed failure to activate the service.

Naidu Kalyanam may update profile fields, onboarding steps, safety controls, profile completion checks, and display features from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping their details current through Edit Profile. Existing completed users may see missing new fields in Profile Completion without being forced back into onboarding solely because new fields were introduced.

Users should login periodically to keep their account active. Member accounts with no activity for more than 120 complete days may be marked Inactive automatically. Automatically inactive accounts can return to Active status after a successful login. Only an explicit administrator action moves an account to Deleted Accounts.

Moving an account to Deleted Accounts is a soft deletion: the profile leaves active service but an authorized administrator may restore it. Permanent deletion is a separate irreversible administrator action available only for an already soft-deleted account after confirmation and retention checks. It removes the member profile, authentication record, uploaded photos, verification images, Jathagam files, private messages, and related member activity from active systems, and the account cannot be restored. Minimum transaction or legal records may be retained in anonymised form where reasonably required for law, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Backup copies expire under the actual backup-retention process rather than immediately.

Naidu Kalyanam does not guarantee marriage, alliance, response, compatibility, profile accuracy, family approval, or offline outcome. Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Users use the platform at their own discretion and risk. To the extent permitted by law, Naidu Kalyanam is not liable for incorrect user information, user conduct, private disputes, financial loss, emotional distress, offline incidents, cybercrime by third parties, service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naidu Kalyanam, its owner, admins, and service operators from claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from user misuse of the platform, false information, unlawful conduct, policy violation, or third-party claims caused by user content/actions.

Naidu Kalyanam may suspend, delete, or restrict accounts for false information, fraud, impersonation, money requests, unsafe conduct, misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. User access may stop immediately after suspension or termination. Important clauses such as limitation of liability, indemnity, disclaimer, content responsibility, and safety obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts/authorities in Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
