₹100 Complete Profile Access
The active paid service is a one-time ₹100 Complete Profile Access unlock for a selected profile. It includes phone number access, messaging, protected address, and Jathagam preview/download for that profile only.
₹199 Classic Featured Profile
The Classic Featured Profile plan promotes the purchaser’s own profile for 30 days with a Featured badge and priority placement in eligible search and suggested-match areas. Promotion begins only after successful payment verification and automatically expires after 30 days unless renewed.
Digital access delivery
Access is delivered after successful payment and signature verification. Once the protected digital access has been granted, the payment is non-refundable because the service has been consumed.
Refund exceptions
A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate payment, a successful charge where access or Featured activation was not granted because of a technical failure, or where required by applicable law. Featured Profile payments are generally non-refundable once promotion begins. Requests are reviewed against gateway and platform records.
Failed or pending payments
A failed payment does not unlock access. A pending payment remains subject to gateway confirmation. Users should not retry repeatedly if their bank shows a debit; contact Support with the Razorpay order/payment reference for reconciliation.
