Verify independently
Review profile details, photos, education, occupation, family information, marital status, references, and documents independently before proceeding. Do not rely only on online profile information.
Protect passwords and OTPs
Never share your password, OTP, login link, payment PIN, card PIN, bank password, or private account access. Naidu Kalyanam will never ask for your password.
Do not send money
Do not send money, bank details, OTPs, confidential documents, gifts, loans, investments, travel funds, emergency funds, or financial help to members you meet online. Report suspicious money requests immediately.
Use respectful communication
Abuse, sexual harassment, sexual abuse content, obscene content, threats, discrimination, stalking, scam links, pressure for money, or misuse of personal data is not allowed. Use Report Profile, Report Message, or Support if you face unsafe behavior.
Photos and identity safety
Be alert for fake photos, AI-generated images, deepfakes, edited videos, impersonation, and inconsistent profile details. Report suspicious profiles for review.
Safe profile photo rules
Upload only clear, recent solo photos of the profile subject. Do not upload group photos with unclear identity, minors as the profile subject, screenshots, advertisements, contact details, another service’s watermark, unrelated images, obscene content, or any image you do not have permission to use. Up to three photos may be displayed; the primary photo appears most widely across member listings.
Administrator photo assistance
Authorized administrators may assist with cropping, rotation, ordering, primary selection, replacement, or removal for support, moderation, authenticity, safety, technical correction, legal compliance, or rule enforcement. They must not create a misleading identity image. Request correction or removal at support@naidukalyanam.com.
Meet safely
Involve trusted family members, choose public or known locations for early meetings, inform someone you trust, and avoid sharing sensitive documents until you are confident about the person and family.
Child safety
The platform is for adults only. Any content involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, or illegal material is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension and reporting to competent authorities.
Report and grievance support
Report fake profiles, suspicious payment requests, abusive behavior, impersonation, privacy issues, unsafe content, or misleading profile details using Report Profile or Support. Reported message review
When a message is reported, authorized admins may review the reported content and related account details for safety, moderation, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Unsafe accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, or deleted.
Platform limitations
Naidu Kalyanam provides tools for matrimonial discovery but cannot guarantee marriage, response, profile accuracy, user behavior, family approval, or offline outcomes. Use personal judgment and family verification.
