No. Naidu Kalyanam is a matrimonial platform for genuine marriage-related introductions. It is not a dating site, broker, mediator, agent, or marriage guarantee service.
The concerned person, parent, relative, friend, or admin may create a profile. If someone creates a profile for another person, they must have consent from the concerned person.
New public registrations receive a six-digit email verification code that expires in 10 minutes. It confirms control of the submitted address and helps prevent account misuse. Password-recovery codes are separate and cannot verify registration. Never share a code. Contact support@naidukalyanam.com if you receive one unexpectedly. Mobile OTP is not currently enabled.
No. Fake profiles, duplicate profiles, impersonation, misleading photos, AI-generated images, deepfakes, and manipulated content are prohibited.
You may upload up to three profile photos. One is marked Primary and is used in listings, recommendations, profile summaries, and the printable Profile Card. Additional photos may appear on your full member profile.
Yes. Edit Profile lets you add, replace, remove, reorder, and choose your primary photo. A profile with one photo remains valid, and pages use the standard placeholder if no photo remains.
Authorized administrators may manage photos for user-requested help, moderation, authenticity, safety, legal compliance, technical correction, or policy enforcement. Actions are internally audited and must not misleadingly alter identity. Contact support@naidukalyanam.com to request correction or removal.
No. Face recognition or biometric identification is not currently implemented. Private verification images may be reviewed by authorized administrators and remain separate from profile gallery photos.
Yes. A one-time ₹100 Complete Profile Access payment unlocks the selected profile’s phone number, messaging, protected address, and Jathagam preview/download.
Classic Featured Profile costs ₹199 for 30 days and promotes your own profile with a Featured badge, higher visibility, and priority placement in eligible search results and suggested matches. It does not unlock another member’s protected details and does not guarantee marriage, views, responses, matches, or contact.
Phone numbers are protected by default. Another member can reveal your number only after successfully purchasing Complete Profile Access for your profile. Your own profile and authorized admin access do not require payment.
A verified digital unlock is normally non-refundable once access is granted. Featured Profile payments are generally non-refundable once promotion begins. Duplicate charges, verified technical failures where access or promotion was not delivered, and cases required by law may be reviewed by Support.
No. Public share links may be viewable without login, but phone number, email, private messages, payment details, admin notes, and Jathagam files remain protected from non-logged-in visitors.
No. Guests may see limited public preview information only. Full profiles require login, and protected phone, messaging, address, and Jathagam preview/download require a verified per-profile Complete Profile Access unlock.
Naidu Kalyanam may add profile fields over time. Completed members are not forced back into onboarding only because new fields were added; missing details can be updated later from Edit Profile.
Member accounts with no activity for more than 120 complete days may be marked Inactive without deleting their data. A successful login reactivates accounts made inactive by this policy.
Soft deletion removes a profile from active service but permits an authorized administrator to restore it. Permanent deletion is a separate irreversible step for an already deleted account: profile data, photos, verification images, Jathagam files, messages, and related member activity are erased after retention checks. Minimum completed transaction records may remain only in anonymised form where required, and backup copies expire under the actual backup-retention process.
Use Report Profile or Support to report fake profiles, money requests, abuse, impersonation, privacy issues, or suspicious content.
Yes. Use the Report option beside a message to report money requests, scam links, sexual harassment, threats, abusive language, impersonation, or other unsafe content. Reported messages may be reviewed by authorized admins.
No. Do not send money, OTPs, bank details, passwords, gifts, loans, investments, travel funds, or emergency funds to other members.
The platform may review and moderate profiles, but users must independently verify profile information, family details, education, job, marital status, and other claims before proceeding.
